Upon Local pickup selection, you will receive an email that your item has been fulfilled and further instructions about when you can pick it up.
Please handle packages with care as some of your candles may be heavy, be sure to hold and support the bottom of the bag.
We ask that buyers understand that each vessel they choose is authentically vintage and may adorn markings, tarnish, patina, scratches, and/or verdigris. However, we understand that pieces may arrive damaged from shipping. We gladly accept returns on vessels that have been damaged in transit, as well as candles that do not work properly. We ask that photos be sent in those situations so that we can assess whether or not a product is eligible for return. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to Frankfort Candle Company.
